{"id":311,"date":"2015-06-18T22:00:59","date_gmt":"2015-06-18T20:00:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.slolux.eu\/?p=311"},"modified":"2016-01-27T20:11:39","modified_gmt":"2016-01-27T19:11:39","slug":"skupscina-porocilo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/slolux.eu\/en\/skupscina-porocilo\/","title":{"rendered":"The first 42 members founded Slolux asbl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On June 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., 42 founding members officially founded the non-profit organization &quot;Slovensko dru\u0161tvo v Luxemburg, Slolux asbl&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., 37 Slovenians gathered in the &quot;Centre sportif et culturel Gare&quot;, 5 were present through proxies. Among the founding members, we were pleased to welcome a representative of the Slovenian Embassy in Brussels, Slovenian representatives of the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Auditors, a representative of the association <a href=\"http:\/\/lsbc.lu\/\" target=\"_blank\">LSBC<\/a>, representatives of European institutions and individuals who study or work in the private sector in Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>The name &quot;Slovensko dru\u0161tvo v Luxemburg, Slolux asbl&quot; was adopted at the assembly chaired by Emil Kos, as well as the Statute, Membership Terms and Election Rules (you can view all documents in the &quot;About&quot; tab). A membership fee of \u20ac20 for an individual member and \u20ac30 for a family was voted on at the event.<\/p>\n<p>The founding members elected Emil Kos as president of the association, Silvija \u017dagar as vice president and Andreja Kr\u010d Gr\u010dar as treasurer; the first mandate of the board of directors lasts one year. Maja \u017du\u017eman, Marina Seli\u0161kar and Sa\u0161a Theis Valpot were elected to the supervisory board; the first mandate of the supervisory board lasts 2 years.
