On Wednesday, April 15th, we hosted an exceptional Slovenian film evening at the Utopia cinema.
We started the evening with a short speech by Ambassador Barbara Sušnik and a screening of the documentary film When I Go Out, directed by Metod Pevec, followed by a conversation with director Metod Pevec, which left no one indifferent.
The film deeply moved the audience and encouraged reflection, and the visit and conversation with the director provided additional insight into the making of the film and its background.
The event was held under the auspices of the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for Slovenians Abroad and Worldwide and the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Brussels, and was organized by Marina Seliškar.
Thank you to everyone who was a part of this wonderful evening! See you at the next event!
