Dear parents!
We are announcing information regarding the implementation of supplementary Slovenian language classes in Luxembourg for the 2026/27 school year.
This school year, classes will also take place on Saturday mornings in Lycée Athénée de Luxembourg.
Three groups will be formed:
Group 1 (9.30 – 10.30) – preschool children (up to 6 years of age)
Group 2 (10.30 – 11.30) – school children from 1st to 3rd grade (emphasis on learning and strengthening reading and writing)
Group 3 (11.30 – 12.30) – school children from 4th grade onwards

The first meeting will be on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

We will meet. all Saturdays except before and after holidays. The exact list of class days is at the bottom of the page. Parents will be informed of any changes.
We kindly ask that you inform the teacher about the absence of your children at tadeja.komac@gmail.com.
Depending on the child's prior knowledge, changes are possible depending on the child's level of Slovenian (literacy) and the dynamics of the group. The teacher therefore reserves the right to transfer the child to another, more appropriate group, regardless of his or her age.
