Call for an extraordinary general meeting of the Slolux association
Dear members of the Slolux association!
After 11 years of leading the association, I conclude that the time has come to fully dedicate myself to my new career path and to hand over the mandate to lead the association to a new generation.
For this reason, I am calling an extraordinary general meeting, which will on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in Bertrange (exact address will be sent upon registration).
At this point, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all supporters, members, colleagues and past board members for their cooperation in the past period, and especially to Maja Žužman for her strong support, cooperation and selfless help in the last few years of leading the association and implementing projects. Thank you!
Briefly about the conduct of the elections
In the following, the masculine gender is used to refer to persons of both sexes.
Only adults with full legal capacity may run for president. Nominations must be submitted on-site, according to the agenda below.
The elections will be held at an extraordinary general meeting, namely: on Thursday, October 1, 2026, in Bertrange (exact address will be sent upon registration).
The meeting agenda is as follows:
- quorum check
- update of the member register
- acceptance of the resignation of the current management
- nomination for president
- presentation of candidates and elections
- misc
Anyone can participate in the election, but only members can vote. To facilitate the organization, we ask that you confirm your presence as soon as possible via email. emil.kos@slolux.eu.
