Dear Slovenian men and women!
From 15. 2. onwards Luxair Luxembourg Airlines will fly again on the LUX—LJU route. Return tickets can be in good terms you can get it for only €130 — that's cheaper than the route via CRL with Wizzair used to be!
Current calculations show that a round trip by car from Lux to Ljubljana and back costs around €300 to €350, which means that for 3 people it is more cost-effective to go by plane than by car. But if we consider the time you save (under 10 hours by car is almost a mission for Tom Cruise), then there is no longer any common sense concern!
At the same time, don't forget that these days you can hardly get a return flight with a regular airline for under €250! Luxair is the only company that offers you a sandwich and cremant are served on the plane!
Calculate for yourself what is more worthwhile for you! The more we fly, the more likely we are to keep the line.
PS: Croatians are already asking if they would be willing to sign a call for Luxair to start considering Zagreb as the 'next best option' if the route to Ljubljana proves unprofitable.
