We would like to invite you to the "Adventure Picnic", kindly organized by Jera Marušič.
Dear parents,
Thank you for your responses, both written and live! From them, I conclude that it is as follows: many of you like the idea and would perhaps include your children in the activity, but the bigger problem is leadership. I expected this, since most of us probably lack the time and energy for yet another obligation. Some mothers who would be willing to get more actively involved have mentioned that you – like me – lack “camping” knowledge and experience.
Of course, regardless of all this, it doesn't seem like we should give up - because there is the will and interest, I think it's worth a try. I invite you all to join me in two weeks, on Sunday, September 28th, at 11am - of course together with the children - on a trial "adventure picnic", at a forest location. Fënsterdall at Mersch. There will also be an opportunity to discuss and check what can be done and in what form we could continue.
Please write to me as soon as possible if you would like to come so we can arrange food, drinks, and transportation.
