Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Slovenians Abroad and Worldwide, Matej Arčon, as part of his visit to LU, also attended the CinEast Festival in Luxembourg, where the Embassy, in cooperation with Slolux.eu — Slovenci v Luxembourgu (group), organized a special Slovenian evening. The event took place at the Cinemateque and was a wonderful opportunity to promote Slovenian culture and film. 🎥
Minister Arčon opened the evening with a short welcoming speech, highlighting the importance of cooperation and connecting Slovenians around the world. After his address, we enjoyed a screening of the Slovenian film Cent'anni, directed by Maja Doroteja Prelog, which impressed with its deep story and excellent real-life acting.
