The information also includes a link to register an application to exercise the right to vote for so-called "abroad" voters, who have the option of voting by mail or at the embassy. The application can be made with or without a digital certificate on the E-Government portal (link in the section "How can voters who have permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia and will be abroad on voting day vote").
